Bianca became a leading Injector in Perth by doing what she loves - making people feel good. Bianca has taken her career a step further now, fulfilling her goal of owning a SILK clinic.

Transitioning from corporate clinic to franchise, aside from the extra money, nothing really changed for Bianca. “Even before, I put in my effort like an owner would, I gave 120%. Now walking into work and knowing it’s my own, is very rewarding.”

Bianca has one piece of advice to anyone deciding on whether they should take the leap. “You will have no regrets,” she expresses firmly.

Launching 3 x successful clinics

After spending 14 years in the cosmetic injectables industry, Jo found that she was “just not overly happy and making other people a lot of money.” With encouragement from her team, she decided to take the plunge and create the clinic environment that she wanted for her and her team.

While it hasn’t been easy to achieve such fast growth in the midst of natural disasters and the ongoing pandemic, Jo knows the importance of building close-knit, motivated teams.

Although kilometres apart, Jo has “an amazing team and great managers at each clinic” who take control.

SILK Nurse Toniya was the first Cosmetic Injector we hired in WA and now her dream of owning SILK Midland Gate has been fulfilled - the clinic where she made a name for herself.

A great step forward professionally and personally, Nurse Toniya is looking forward to this new chapter.

NURSE RIYA STRATHPINE

I was able to fulfil my dream

Nurse Riya is "very proud of this day, having my own business before 30 is a huge achievement." From saving and living in a small studio to owning a business, the journey has been incredible.

With a Masters in Clinical Nursing, Riya became a popular Injector in our SILK Noarlunga and Henley Beach clinics and was ready for the next challenge.

Despite the many highs and lows of a pandemic, Riya says "they've made us stronger and resilient". Relocating from SA to QLD, Riya is kickstarting a new life with her new clinic in Strathpine.
